By downloading or using MerryList ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The App

MerryList helps you track who you send Christmas cards to and who sends them back. There is no account system; the App stores your data on your device.

Your content

The names, addresses, and notes you add are yours. You're responsible for keeping your device backed up if you want to preserve that data long term; MerryList Pro's CSV export is one way to do that.

Purchases

MerryList Pro is a one-time, non-subscription purchase made through the App Store or Google Play and governed by their respective terms.

No warranty

MerryList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MerryList and Decal Venue, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
